I first read Clan of the Cave Bear when it came out thirty years ago.  It was suggested I reread it, because of working on my Otzi story.  The Ice Age was several thousand years earlier than Otzi, but I could get some ideas as to how people that far back lived.  It’s helping me put some of the characters together and build some characters with certain emotions.

Clan of the Cave Bear is actually a great look into human beings in general and while they may not have had the technology, they certain had to plan things, they looked forward to things.  They do well with what they have.  Thank you!
