Lincoln the Movie II.

English: Abraham Lincoln, the sixteenth President of the United States. Latviešu: Abrahams Linkolns, sešpadsmitais ASV prezidents. Српски / Srpski: Абрахам Линколн, шеснаести председник Сједињених Америчких Држава. (Photo credit: Wikipedia)

First, I forgot in the review, the first scene is a graphic battles between African-Americans fighting for the Union and Confederates.  No prisoners were being taken and it was hand to hand.

Near the end of the movie, President Lincoln rides through the remains of the Battle of Petersburg.  Just a warning.

One of the people on the bus said about the kids who made the smartass comment about President Lincoln dying, I should have scared them by pretending to tear the tickets up and yelling “Thanks for the spoiler!”

The other wiseacre comment was about Daniel Day Lewis.  All these Lincoln impersonators in our country and we had to have a foreigner play our sixteenth President?  What would Sheriff Joe Arpaio say about this?

And that is a silly update about Lincoln the movie.  Thanks to my bus buddies for aiding and abetting my silliness.
