Bill de Blasio vs. Central Park Horse and Carriages.

I heard on the news this morning the Mayor Elect of New York City, Bill de Blasio, wants to ban the horse drawn carriages in Central Park.

He says, it is inhumane to the horses.  I want to give my silly take on it.

Many people have called the Mayor Elect a Horses ***.  Naturally, he was displeased at this.  Well, if they think I’m a horse, I will come together with my equine brothers and sisters.  We will no longer pull carriages in Central Park.  It is wrong!  That is just one of the many changes that I will make in New York City.

Does this mean City Hall has become a stable?
