I like my guacamole.
If you’ve been following along with my blog for the last few weeks you’ll know that I’ve started to eat more raw foods in smoothies that I make at home. I call them “Smoothies with Benefits!”
In an attempt to avoid wheat, and there are a lot of culprits to eliminate, I am using a blender called a Nutri Bullet by Magic Bullet which can blend fruit smoothies and mill seeds into a fine powder. It is small and compact. I brought mine on vacation with me to help keep me on track and avoid wheat as much as possible.
The end result may not look all that appealing, but there are fantastic health benefits to be had from drinking smoothies made from fruits and vegetables.
